Can You Finish This XXL Chicken Sandwich?
All other sandwich recipes will pale in comparison to this one! You can tell your taste buds are in for a treat just by looking at it. It's possible that the tall layers will make you wonder how you're supposed to eat it. It's simply a matter of digging in and enjoying the flavors.

Ingredients
- French Country Bread
- 1 whole chicken
- Barbeque sauce
- Bread crumbs 2 cup
- Eggs 6
- Anchovies Fish 1pc
- Tomato 1pc
- Potato 2pc
- Romaine Lettuce 1pc
- Sunflower oil 1L
- Salt ⅕ tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Flour ½ cup + 2 tbsp. (100 gr)
Cheese sauce Ingredients:
- 2 cups of Dutch cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
Steps:
- Pour the heavy cream on the hot pan and add the peeled cheese.
- Whisk until it becomes a smooth mixture.
Mint spice sauce ingredients:
- Sour-cream 1
- Pickled Jalapeno ⅓ cup
- Mint ⅓ cup
- Pepper
- Salt
- Lime
- Parsley
Steps:
- Pour sour-cream in a bowl
- Cut the ingredients: ⅓ cup of pickled jalapeno into small cubes, ¼ cup mint and parsley
- Squeeze 1 lime
- Add ½ tsp salt and ⅓ black pepper
- Mix the ingredients
Instructions
Step 1: Slice the breast
Step 2: Whisk 4 eggs
Step 3: In a separate bowl mix the flour, black pepper and salt
Step 4: Dip the sliced meat into the egg mixture
Step 5: After dipping into the egg mixture, dip the meat into bread crumb
Step 6: Add 1 L oil to the pan and gradually increase the heat up to 400 degrees F
Step 7: Place the meat into the pan and cook for around 8 minutes until it turns to golden brown. Remove from the pan once ready.
Step 8: Cut the bread from middle, place on the hot pan and toast the bread
Step 9: Slice potato and cheese
Step 10: Peel and slice the potatoes and fry in the pan until it it’s golden brown
Step 11: Fry 2 eggs with sunny side up
Step 12: On the bottom bun, rub the barbeque sauce, tomato, add the eggs, add the fish, on top of it add the fries.
Step 13: Rub the mint spice on upper bun
Step 14: Put the upper bun on the sandwich to complete it.
