SHIPPING

Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days.

Shipping Time:

• Within the US: Orders are shipped via express shipping and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. However, depending on the destination zip code, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
• International orders: Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that all our products are handmade so restocking may require a little extra time.

We don't ship to the following destinations:
Afghanistan, Ascension Island, Brazil, Chatham Islands, China, Curaçao, Egypt, French Polynesia, Gauteng, Guam, Hong Kong SAR, India, Iraq, Jordan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Palau, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tristan da Cunha, United Kingdom, U.S. Virgin Islands, Western Sahara, Yemen.

RETURNS

• Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, no refunds or exchanges can be made if your order is more than 30 days old.
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in order to be eligible for a return. It has to be in its original box as well. The package should be undamaged.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
• Make sure you contact us before making a return and send us the photo of the items that you want to return to us for documentation purposes.

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUNDS

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you've done everything listed above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@coolinastore.com. 
• No refunds are available for engraved items. Only if the customer contacts us and presents us with a damaged item can we resend the item. (rust, dullness, and other damages).
  

EXCHANGES

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@coolinastore.com and send your item to:

• The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
