  1. Mix up the Big Mac sauce (1 spoon Mayonnaise, 1 spoon Ketchup, 1 spoon Mustard, add some sliced onion)
  2. Divide the raw ground beef into 2 equal portions, rolling into balls and then flattening as thin as possible.
  3. Add some Salt and Black Pepper.
  4. Fry beef in the Pan 1-2 minutes per side in a large skillet over high heat.
  5. Toast the Bread (30sec each side)
  6. Assemble burgers by putting Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, cheese slice and first hamburger patty on the bottom bun.
  7. Follow with middle bottom bun, then Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, pickles and second hamburger patty.
  8. Finish with the final top bun, then serve

  • Beef Ribs 1800g
  • Salt & Pepper
  • BBQ sauce 
  • Potato 1kg
  • Oil
  • Cornstarch
  • Parsley x 1
  • Garlic x 1
  • Ginger x 1
  • Green onion x 1
  • Onion x 2
  • Honey
  • Soya Sauce
  • Butter x 1
  • Chili Flex


  1. Clean and cut open the Ribs
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Cut onion, ginger, garlic
  4. Put pan in the fire
  5. Put oil in the pan then add the Ribs
  6. Add the onion, garlic and the ginger and chili flex on it
  7. When the meet is starting to cook add the honey (40g) and the butter (100g)
  8. Turn on the Oven - 180 degrees, 20min
  9. Add the BBQ sauce with the Ribs and mix everything
  10. Add 200ml water or stock
  11. Add the pan in the Oven (180degrees, 20min)
  12. After 10 min, turn the Ribs to the other side
  13. When Ribs are ready, cut green onion and add on the Ribs

  4. Add 1L oil in a Pot
  5. Put the pan in the fire - 160 degrees
  6. Add the potato and wait 8/10min
  7. When ready, add Salt and pepper

This Teriyaki noodle recipe is ideal for when you don't have time to prepare but don't want to eat out. It's quick to make but delicious and filling.

  • Salt 
  • Carrot x 3
  • Green Chili pepper x 2
  • Red Chili pepper x 2
  • Red onion x 1 
  • Coriander x 1cap
  • Ginger x 1
  • Garlic x 1 
  • Chicken Breast x 1 
  • Soya sauce x 1 
  • Cornstarch
  • Sugar 


  1. In Boiling water, add your noodles until loosened, about 1-2 minutes; drain well.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water; set aside.
  3. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, honey and 1 cup of water; bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch mixture until thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon, about 2 minutes; let cool to room temperature. Reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
  4. Cut the chicken into small slices then add it in a bowl.
  5. Cut the vegetables in small slices.
  6. Combine the sauce with the chicken + vegetables and let it marinate for 30 min (mix a couple of times)
  7. Drain the chicken from the marinade.
  8. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  9. Add chicken + vegetables and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  10. Add the noodles and 1/4 cup reserved soy sauce mixture until well combined, about 2 minutes.
  11. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds and coriander.
