The knife is very well balanced and sharp. I cut my finger very bad just washing it to use for the first time. It took almost 2 weeks to heal. AloeVera and Vitamin D helped with the healing.

Very happy with my Coolina knives. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened a beer with my gator and realized it had a magnet to hold the cap. They are very sharp and heavy. Great for chopping. A little bit of a learning curve transitioning from a traditional chef knife but they work great and look badass.

This knife is not to be toyed with; it is the beast of my kitchen and will cut through practically any kind of meat or vegetable you need to get cut up. This is the real big knife in my kitchen. It is not used that often, but when I do use it, you can rest assured that it gets the job done.
