Wow what a great knife. Love the weight and how sharp it is out of the box. The weight helps to cut up the turkey, chickens and quail quick and easy. Yes it is a large chef knife, yet does not let you down.

What a beast the Lixy is. I ordered 5 knives and love each of them. All were sharp and being used across 2 of my properties when I cook. Some of my family are hesitant to use them but I enjoy cooking so more experience for me. I have never owned knives that require this kind of care, i.e washing & drying immediately, oil, etc., but these are gorgeous and so far, sharp as claimed. Makes cooking more fun and definitely less work in terms of the effort to chop & cut. It makes the little bit of extra work to keep them nice well worth it.

The mystery knife I received won’t be used. Not really sure how it’s supposed to be used, was a little disappointed with what I received.
