Care & use
Cleaning
Because these knives are made from high-carbon steel, they should always be washed by hand immediately after use. Carefully wash, then dry the knife completely before storing to prevent moisture from remaining on the blade. Never put Coolina knives in the dishwasher.
Oiling
Our knives come pre-oiled, but after cleaning and drying, we recommend lightly oiling the blade. You can use our mineral oil or any food-safe oil of your choice. Regular oiling helps protect the blade and keeps your knife performing at its best.
Sharpening
Our knives come razor sharp right out of the box and will stay sharp for months. If you want to keep them as sharp as possible, we recommend using our whetstone.
Lifetime warranty
Coolina stands behind the quality of our knives. Our Limited Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.
If your knife is found to have a qualifying defect, we will replace it at no charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage outside of craftsmanship defects. Please refer to our Protection Program Terms for full details and exclusions.

This is the second order of Coolina knives we have ordered. Absolutely love our new arrivals. We splurged a bit and ordered the Tungsten XL 8.7” Chef’s knife , Ronin 11” Slicing knife, Kuria 7.5” Boning Knife, and the 6” Swordfish fish knife. The Coolina knives are the best kitchen knives we have ever bought. We have bought a few knife block sets over the past 30 years.

My wife bought me two knives and I got 3 free hands down the best knives I’ve ever owned. This one in particular is a monster. The weight makes effortless work cutting thru cooled pork belly making bacon slices after it was smoked and rested in the fridge for 3 days. To be honest, upon opening the box I was quite disappointed that the knife was very dull. That being said, I quickly sharpened it up and have been very pleased with the quality of the knife. Just heavy enough for tough cuts yet extremely manageable. I am very happy with the purchase.
