Ground Beef Meat Rolls

This is the kind of recipe that chefs and home cooks can use to enhance their skills in the kitchen. It might not be the easiest recipe, but the end result is rewarding for sure. Follow our Mysterious chef's steps and have some fun with the food prep.

  • 4 cups ground Beef
  • 3 cups flour 
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 6 quail eggs
  • 1 medium onion
  • Coolina Spices
  • 1 cup Mozzarella, grated
  • ½ cup parsley


  • 2 cups tomatoes with the juice 
  • 2 pc Jalapenos
  • 1 medium Onion 
  • 2 pc Garlic
  • 2 pc Carrot
  • 1 yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper 
  • 4 tbsp. oil
  • ½ cup parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper


  1. Heat the pan on medium heat and add oil until it simmers.
  2. Mix the ingredients. Remove from the pan.


  1. In a bowl, add flour and whisk the eggs. Add the water and salt and mix. Leave it for 30-40 min for the dough to rise.
  2. Season the meat with Coolina spices.
  3. Roll out the dough. Place the meat mixture inside and roll the dough into roulette.
  4. Cut into small pieces as shown video.
  5. In an Excuto pan, add oil and fry the pieces. Place in the sauce and add grated mozzarella and cook in the sauce.
