I got all three, each one is razor sharp, thet work very well with all of the fine detail work, the 5 inch is good for small fish filets.
High quality, great look and feels good in your hand. Cuts well, but keep them clean and oiled to prevent rust

The Whale! Solid, badass, sharp as a razor! The actual first time I used it, was to cut this corn on the cob. I barely swung it and it sliced right through it like the corn had been buttered or something!

Excellent knives with a nice weight and a comfortable feel in your hand. They arrived in a timely manner and were professionally packaged. So far, I’ve used them to cut up a 10-pound pork loin and 10 chicken breasts, and they performed exceptionally well. The blade is extremely sharp, well-balanced, and easy to handle. Very impressed with the quality so far. Highly recommend!
