While I am in love with all my knives, the gator is by far my current favorite. I can go from trimming fat off of meat to dicing up and onion to slicing meat for dinner. All with one knife. Great job on this one folks ! Thanks - Sal

I got all three, each one is razor sharp, thet work very well with all of the fine detail work, the 5 inch is good for small fish filets.

Good looking knifes very sharp
The ads not kidding by saying how sharp these knives come! I poked myself a little bit in a finger and it pierced me pretty deep. So be careful, these aren’t the cheap generic knives you see everywhere but they’re actually handmade by real people and sharpened by someone with an evil twinkle in their eyes!
