The chef's knife is probably the one I use the most, so far. But all the knives I ordered our great choppers and general purpose. Kitchen knives.
The magnetic display board is no joke. Powerful magnet that works on both sides.
I have all four of the new knives I ordered, the four stake knives and an older knife that was given to me by my grandfather.
So when I first saw this knife, I wanted it cuz it was cool looking. I didnt think it would be a knife that i would often use because to me it looked more like an axe but it feels like a knife and let me tell you boy do i use this thing. The action on it is amazing especially because of the long end if the blade allows you to make long consistent cuts into whatever your slicing. I posted a video of my cleaning abwhole salmon and you can see it really allowed me to take the off the fish super clean in one continuous cut, on the side facing up. I didn’t try and take the head off w one swipe because i wanted full control of the knife since this was my first time using it. When it came to getting the head off you can see i didnt have ti use any effort. I gave a simple love tao on the back end and it sliced that salmon head clean off. The knife is simply amazing and for the price there is nothing like it. You need this knife, You may say to yourself “ aah “i dont need a knife like that” …..yes you do… buy it
Sharp, durable, balanced, pay close attention to care for the high carbon steel and with three you have a good set for life. I use mine every chance I get and absolutely love the way the cut, dice, and slice meat and veggies. The meat comes right off the bone as precise as you want it sliced or diced. Overall great knives
It is a solid, high quality blade. Incredible, weight is on dot, and the shape, I love it. Baalanced? Yes it is, very well balanced.
Highly recomend this one. You can cut quite large stuff due to its amazing size.
This is from my annual Ribeye, Bacon-Cheddar Burger Cookout...1-1/4LB. Burger Patty, two 1LB. Ribeye Steaks as the Bun, 1/2LB of Smoked bacon, and 1/4LB. Aged Cheddar, it's an al-together "Outstanding" display of culinary debauchery!
I’ve had this knife for a few years now and it never leaves me on my travels. I used to work for tree cutting company using helicopters and running all over the US. Everyone knew I’d cook like a cowboy chuck wagon pull up and start up the fire cast iron and start making meals lunch and all waiting all day for the job to be done. This knife never fails and putting it through the wringer from campfires to kitchen cooking. Worked in Saudi Arabia and now Morocco and it’s one of the first things I bring packed and ready to go. To the crews that i worked with know its the symbol when i pull it out. Keeps its edge well and takes a beating i wouldn’t trade it for anything else and will be buying more for its quality and longevity. Nothing has compared and handle more than this knife.
Cuts through just about anything you want, feels good in the hands, seems to be very balanced, watch out it's very sharp, if you're looking for a versatile knife then this is what you're looking for.
The Tungsten is an amazing knife and cuts carves with ease. Absolutely love this knife.
It replaces every knife you would use carving meats in your kitchen.
Better than all the rest.

Normally I use my promaja knife to do vegetables, but last night I decided to try chopping vegetables with the chef’s knife. It worked slick, a simple rocking motion and worked my way down the celery stalks. I made 1/8” slices out of two cucumbers and did several carrots. I also sliced some radishes, it is a winner. I have used it to make chicken tenders out of chicken breasts and to dice up roasts for chili. The edge is amazing and the knife is easy to use. You just can’t beat that promaja though.
The Promaja is the best slicing knife you will ever find. Cuts so clean and sharp like nothing I’ve ever used before
Looks so cool too. Such an amazing knife.
Any thickness. any steak, and Cuts perfect every time.
Has become my wife’s favorite too.
3” Tomahawk steak was no challenge at all for the LIXY. Cut thru the steak like it was cutting thru butter. AMAZING!
And looks so darn coo!!
Trust Me!

OMG! Christmas Ham will never be served again without using the chef’s knife for carving the ham.
Take a look at how easy it was to carve the ham into all the pieces which look perfect for serving
Could not believe how universal this knife was while cutting the ham in different sections and making it look literally like it came from a restaurant
Thank you guys so much. This is an amazing knife.

My wife bought me two knives and I got 3 free hands down the best knives I’ve ever owned. This one in particular is a monster. The weight makes effortless work cutting thru cooled pork belly making bacon slices after it was smoked and rested in the fridge for 3 days. I’m sold these are a most have for anyone who’s in the meat game
It was a gift given to my dad for Father’s Day and birthday. He says he looks like he’s getting ready for battle and they’re amazingly sharp. The one knife in the photo we cut an avocado went right through the pit no issue.
I’ll be placing an order for myself in the next month
This is a heavy duty beast. No it’s not meant for tomatoes so don’t waste your time with that YouTube video lol. This will do any and all of the heavy jobs. Excellent bad ass cleaver
I’ve been extremely impressed with my Coolina knives. The craftsmanship is outstanding—they have a beautiful handcrafted look and feel while also performing like a serious chef’s knife. The edge came razor sharp out of the box and has held up incredibly well through regular use.
The balance and weight make food prep comfortable, and they cut through everything from vegetables to meats with ease. Beyond performance, they’re simply gorgeous knives that always get compliments when friends see them in my kitchen.
If you’re looking for a knife that combines quality, functionality, and unique craftsmanship, I highly recommend Coolina. They’ve exceeded my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
